Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms govern the use of Wraiter, a product of Divolut Technologies SLU (CIF B72417405). This is a product draft for early access; it is not a substitute for external legal review before paid plans.
1. Purpose
Wraiter is a content pipeline tool (keyword research → outline → draft → human review → approved + export) offered in early access / waitlist. It helps you produce articles with human review before publishing outside Wraiter.
2. Access
Registration creates an account. Access to the panel is subject to an access grant (`access_status`). In the MVP, each account has a single owner and one site (the UI blocks a second site).
3. Account
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Password recovery is available via the product flow.
4. Acceptable use
You must not spam, abuse APIs or credits, attempt to bypass limits, or use generated content for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for abuse.
5. Credits / quota
Sites may have a plan type (`waitlist_mvp` or `internal`). Credits are non-refundable, including after soft-delete of articles. Early access does not promise continuous availability or specific uptime.
6. User content
You are responsible for content you generate, edit, export and publish outside Wraiter. Wraiter is not the publisher of your destination sites.
7. AI / third parties
The service uses large language models via third parties (e.g. OpenRouter). By using the pipeline you accept that necessary prompts and content may be sent to those providers to generate output.
8. Intellectual property
The Wraiter brand, UI and product materials belong to the provider. Subject to these terms, you may use the content you generate for your projects. You must not copy or reuse the product UI or brand without authorization.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided “as is” in early access / beta. We do not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic, business results or uninterrupted operation.
10. Suspension
We may revoke access (`revoked`) for abuse, breach of these terms, or closure of the beta programme.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Subject to mandatory consumer rules, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: hola@wraiter.com or the Contact page.
