1. Data controller

Personal data collected through Wraiter is processed by:

2. Data we process

  • Identification: email address.
  • Auth: password hash (Payload Auth) — we do not store passwords in clear text.
  • Access: waitlist status (`access_status`).
  • Product data: sites, brand voice, articles, images (S3), credits / site plan type.
  • Contact form: name, email, message and optional company (when the form is wired to a backend; today the UI is a stub and does not transmit data).
  • Technical: minimal logs and infrastructure data where applicable; analytics/marketing cookies only with consent.

3. Purposes

We process data to provide Wraiter (auth, waitlist, panel, content pipeline, export, support), improve the service, and — with consent — measure usage and marketing performance.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance / pre-contractual measures (signup and waitlist), legitimate interest for security and service integrity, legal obligation where applicable, and consent for non-essential cookies and optional communications.

5. Recipients / processors

  • Hosting / database: Railway + Payload (SaaS backend).
  • Images: Amazon S3 (or compatible).
  • Transactional email: project SMTP (password recover, access grant, job notices).
  • LLM: OpenRouter and underlying models (e.g. Anthropic / Google via OpenRouter).
  • Keyword volumes: SE Ranking API.
  • Analytics / marketing (only with consent): Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel.

6. International transfers

Some providers (LLM, analytics) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We keep data while your account exists and for applicable legal periods. In the MVP, deletion requests can be handled by email to the controller.

8. Your rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (as applicable) by contacting hola@wraiter.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

10. Minors

Wraiter is not directed to persons under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us to request deletion.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner.
